ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).

CHECK CASHING POLICY

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification and credit card authorization. There is a limit of $200 per day with a maximum of $400 per stay.


PET POLICY

The hotel accepts dogs up to 40 pounds. There are two pre-assigned units for dog owners; privileges are not based on status. Guests are required to sign a dog waiver upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for damage or excessive cleaning. Please contact hotel directly for availability and details.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD POLICY

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.


DEPOSIT POLICY

Please take note that as of May 25th, a deposit of one night plus taxes will be taken at the time of booking for all reservations made as of next winter season 2016-2017. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Winter season 2016-2017 (November 19, 2016, to April 17, 2017) : If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded. Exception : Holiday season (December 18, 2016, to January 3, 2017). If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded.

Summer season 2017 (April 18, 2017, to November 16, 2017) : If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded. Exception : Ironman 2017 (June23-25 and August 18-20 2017). If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded.

Winter season 2017-2018 (November 17, 2017, to April 17, 2018) : If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded. Exception : Holiday season (December 22, 2017, to January 3 2018). If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the deposit of one night will not be refunded.
